LezGo is operated by Wise in Motion Engineering N.V. (Caya Taratata 14, Oranjestad, Aruba). LezGo helps riders find licensed transport and helps drivers, operators, and advertisers manage their presence on the platform. This policy summarizes the data we collect and why we use it.
Data we collect
- Account information: name, username, email, phone, role, language, and login/session details.
- Driver and operator information: vehicle details, permit details, approval status, company membership, listing payment proof, and uploaded documents/photos.
- Location data: driver journey GPS while publishing a live journey; rider location only when the rider grants permission for map, booking, or relevance features.
- Booking data: pickup/dropoff details, service type, passengers, booking status, quotes, timestamps, and operator actions.
- Advertising data: ad impressions, clicks, campaign status, creative metadata, and area targeting for first-party campaign reporting.
- Support and feedback: messages, ratings, bug reports, and support requests.
- Technical data: device/app diagnostics, IP-derived request metadata, throttling/security logs, and server logs.
How we use data
- Provide live maps, booking, route, driver, advertiser, and operator features.
- Verify transport permits, payment proofs, driver approvals, and platform safety.
- Show relevant first-party ads and report campaign views/clicks to advertisers.
- Prevent fraud, protect accounts, debug issues, and comply with legal or accounting requirements.
Location use
Drivers share precise location while an active journey is publishing so riders and operators can see live vehicle positions. We use foreground location permission for this. Riders may share location for map relevance when they allow it and can turn it off in settings. We do not sell location data and do not use the App Tracking Transparency advertising identifier for cross-app tracking.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share only what is needed with service providers that operate infrastructure, email delivery, maps, file storage, payment review, security, or support. Public map and directory surfaces show only approved/listed driver details allowed by platform rules.
Retention and deletion
You can request or initiate account deletion from the app or from the account deletion page. Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, tax/accounting, legal compliance, transport permit audit, or dispute handling.
